Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing may take 1–2 business days before the item is handed over to our delivery partner. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery status.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within 10 business days, delivery times may occasionally be affected by public holidays, natural events, or courier delays beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our courier partner and work towards a resolution.
