We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns are processed as exchanges only, subject to the conditions below.
Exchange Eligibility
An exchange request will be considered only if:

The product is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact

The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery

The product has not been washed, worn, or altered in any way

The item is not from a sale or clearance category (which are non-exchangeable)
Exchange Charges
Exchanges are subject to applicable handling and re-shipping charges, which will be communicated to you at the time of raising an exchange request. These charges must be paid before the exchange is processed.
How to Request an Exchange

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery

Share your order details and reason for exchange along with photographs of the product

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2 business days

Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the product and the applicable charges
Non-Exchangeable Items

Items purchased during sales or special promotions

Products that have been used, washed, or altered, or, in case of sarees, unfolded.

Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. In such cases, we will arrange an exchange or re-dispatch at no additional cost to you.
